Garrett is a recognized, seasoned tri-sector leader with extensive experience in business management and consulting, nonprofit, and government policy, and mission support operations. Garrett’s impact in YRCI over the last four years has been significant, and we look forward to expanding her role in strategy and client development. Prior to joining YRCI, Garrett ‘s distinguished career in government featured leading highly successful teams as a career Senior Executive Service member. She led highly successful transformative efforts in workforce digital modernization, policies impacting an international workforce of 950,000, and human capital strategic plans that resourced and changed government workforce cultures. Garrett has consistently demonstrated her ability to deliver results and exceed expectations. Her strategic mindset, coupled with her deep understanding of government modernization and transformation efforts, makes her an invaluable asset to our executive team.
