YRCI integrates and deploys the best partners and commercial off-the-shelf products to complete any records management, big data, contract analysis, or lease abstraction project. We are dedicated to pursuing efficiencies in records management gained through products that use AI. As an example, on YRCI’s current contract, we are using a product that uses Machine Learning (a subset of AI) that focuses on the ability for machines to receive data and learn for themselves, changing algorithms as they learn more about the information they are processing. This will ultimately allow us to abstract 34,000 lease documents in a fraction of the time compared to manual abstraction.
