YRCI’s shared services center, HRROC™, is where we focus on providing superior HR service at excellent quality, speed, and scalability. We provide HR services to more than 17 Federal agencies and support more than 80,000 Federal employees. The HRROC™ in Fairfax, VA is currently operating with hundreds of trained HR professionals.
