Cristina Chiappe is YRCI’s Director of Training and Development. Cristina joined YRCI in 2019 and leads all training and development programs for corporate employees and Federal clients. Prior to joining YRCI, Cristina was a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). At the USDA National Finance Center (NFC) Cristina was the Director of the Government and Employee Services Division where she led all aspects of payroll operations, payroll accounting, government insurance, web applications, billing and collections and a team of 600 employees. Cristina was also the Deputy Administrator for Management at the USDA Food Nutrition Service, overseeing all of the Agency’s human resources management, contracts management, facilities, property management and logistics. At YRCI, Cristina and her team develop solutions and deliver innovative training programs to upskill and reskill YRCI’s employees (Growing Our Own Program). For our Federal clients, the YRCI University addresses the Federal HR gap in technical expertise by combining adult training with on-the-job training.
