Colin is an acclaimed strategy analyst and organizational improvement leader who facilitates the execution of performance management systems and strategic planning initiatives. He has developed human capital planning performance management system and organizational and change improvements for the Departments of State, HHS, Labor, NASA, VA, GSA, the Department of Defense, the United Kingdom’s (UK’s) Ministry of Defense (MOD), and the Libyan Ministry of Justice. With core competencies in program management, organizational change, strategic and business planning, capacity building, performance metrics and management, and acquisition solutions, Colin applies lessons learned and personal knowledge to ensure that clients’ investments in people, processes, and assets are aligned to achieve the greatest organizational impact.
