Colin Waitt bio

Colin joined YRCI February 2021 as Director of Program Development. He is responsible for assisting in business development across all stages such as capture, solutioning and proposal writing. Colin is a Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transportation Colin has over 20 years’ experience in business development both within the Federal space and internationally. Colin is an acclaimed strategy analyst and organizational improvement leader who facilitates the execution of performance management systems and strategic planning initiatives. He has developed human capital planning performance management system and organizational and change improvements for the Departments of State, HHS, Labor, NASA, VA, GSA, the Department of Defense, the United Kingdom’s (UK’s) Ministry of Defence (MOD), and the Libyan Ministry of Justice. With core competencies in program management, organizational change, strategic and business planning, capacity building, performance metrics and management, and acquisition solutions, Colin applies lessons learned and personal knowledge to ensure that clients’ investments in people, processes, and assets are aligned to achieve the greatest organizational impact.
