Ashley McLain Bio

Ashley McLain is a Deputy Director within YRCI’s Human Resources Remote Operations Center (HRROC). Ashley joined YRCI in 2010 and has since provided federal staffing support to over 15 U.S. federal government departments and agencies. In addition to overseeing operational work, Ashley also serves as a trainer for YRCI University. Ashley specializes in training both YRCI and federal employees in applicant tracking systems, strategic conversations, job analyses development, qualifications determinations, and overall customer service. She has built a reputation for herself and her team for high quality work products, successful recruitment efforts, and promoting efficiencies in the hiring process.
