Matt Hoyt is YRCI’s Deputy CFO. He joined YRCI in 2014 as a Financial/Information Systems Analyst and has since grown into his current role providing strategic leadership in finance, systems, analytics, business operations, and IT. He currently leads YRCI’s Accounting, Payroll, and FP&A activity, Business Innovation Group, and IT. Matt has 13+ years of experience strategically integrating data and technology with people and process. He is passionate about leveraging technology to meet operational and strategic business goals. The teams Matt leads manage the continuity, strategy, and implementation of the YRCI technology ecosystem, provide day-to-day and forward-looking financial decision support, develop products used to facilitate quantitative and qualitative analysis, and promote technical and functional business transformation across the company.
