His tenure as a Government Senior Executive Service member was marked by exceptional results, earning him the prestigious Presidential Rank Award in 2022. Wyche’s expertise in workforce transformation, federal HR processes, and client management will ensure YRCI’s HR service delivery continues to be both efficient and compliant.
