Who We Serve

Integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning Solutions

YRCI integrates and deploys the best partners and commercial off-the-shelf products to complete any records management, big data, contract analysis, or lease abstraction project. We are dedicated to pursuing efficiencies in records management gained through products that use AI. As an example, on YRCI’s current contract, we are using a product that uses Machine Learning (a subset of AI) that focuses on the ability for machines to receive data and learn for themselves, changing algorithms as they learn more about the information they are processing. This will ultimately allow us to abstract 34,000 lease documents in a fraction of the time compared to manual abstraction.

Electronic Records, Lease Abstraction, Contract Analysis, and Data Migration

YRCI’s RROC provides services designed to efficiently convert manual records to electronic records, as well as extract and analyze existing records, whether or not they are government (or commercial) leases, contract awards, or other legal agreements. The intent is to digitize records, efficiently analyze the key elements of important documentation for effective use, and centralize (or migrate) the data into the appropriate system of record for future use in its intended purpose (e.g. Contracts Administration, Lease Management, Risk Management).

Privacy, Transparency, Records/Directives Management and FOIA Services

This is a performance area that falls into many different organizational entities within Federal agencies. We’ve found these services in areas ranging from general administration, operations, legal services, or health programs. YRCI has experts in these areas that bring extensive experience at all levels, helping agencies manage these high-risk, public accountability areas. We have provided support at the simple processing level to organizational development of Privacy, Records Management, and FOIA programs. The talent we bring to these areas includes administrative technicians, certified records management professionals, and privacy attorneys.
