Stephanie Smith joined YRCI in 2000 as YRCI’s 2nd employee. As YRCI’s longest serving employee, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as President. She is responsible for policy development and implementation, plans and directs administrative, financial and operational activities in concert with the departmental VP’s, and coordinates strategic business initiatives.
 
Stephanie’s loyalty to YRCI has resulted in innumerable successes for the company. Throughout her tenure with YRCI, Stephanie has built a reputation for developing business strategies, and has maintained a strategic role in the implementation of many software systems. Her years of experience and dedication have led to long-term solutions and success.
 
Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from George Mason University.
