Michael Tomasulo joined YRCI in 2003 and brought with him more than 30 years of professional experience at Northrop Grumman Corporation and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). During his career, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility within large-scale contractual/business management/finance infrastructures. These positions required excellent negotiation skills and considerable knowledge of contracts, pricing, and compliance laws and regulations; subcontracts and procurement; planning and budgeting; performance measurement, program management; accounting; administration; and facilities and property management. Michael has been integrally involved in developing and implementing business strategic goals/plans and assessing and measuring organizational performance through the use of business process reengineering techniques. He is experienced in the entire bid and proposal process; from reviewing solicitations and evaluating potential teammates, to formulating viable win strategies. Michael also has extensive experience in proposal development, pricing and estimating, contract administration, and performance measurement.
