Marcia Aldaghstani began her career in the Federal sector at National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), in the Technology Partnerships Office, where she worked closely with the scientists announcing newly invented technologies to industry. She helped develop assignments of patent rights prior to initiating the patent process with the U.S. Patent Office. She was instrumental in the set-up and maintenance of the office’s first website, which was crucial to marketing and communicating the agency’s technology inventions.

After a number of years with NIST, Marcia took on her next challenge and found what would be her passion ever since. She began working with Mr. Jaeger at his previous company CRE where she was recognized for her ability to manage and guide team members, as well as for her specific knowledge of HR services issues. Marcia built a substantial national network of contacts and was highly recognized and respected in the local marketplace. After CRE’s acquisition by Romac International (now Kforce Staffing and Solutions), she was promoted to Business Unit Manager and succeeded in growing that branch to more than $10 million in annual revenue.

Marcia joined YRCI in April 2002. As the CEO, she has complete profit and loss responsibility and accountability for the company. She is materially involved in the day-to-day function of YRCI, helping form our strategic direction and representing the company to clients, outside entities, partners, and industry. Marcia attended the University of Maryland and majored in business.
