Janine O’Rourke is YRCI’s Vice President of Human Resources. Janine joined YRCI in 2016 and leads the corporate HR and Security teams in implementing the Human Capital strategic goals and initiatives. Prior to joining YRCI, Janine delivered corporate HR programs and services across many different industries. Throughout her HR career she has been successful in leveraging resources and technology, as well as building collaborative teams, to implement effective and innovative HR programs and solutions that enhance the employee experience. At YRCI, Janine and her team work together to deliver HR programs and services to employees including onboarding, talent management, employee growth and development, benefits, and service awards.
