To Our Valued Clients, Partners, and Employees,

On the cusp of our 25th anniversary, YRCI is entering the new year on a foundation of strength, built by the remarkable milestones we achieved throughout 2025. The federal landscape underwent significant and dynamic shifts this past year. In the face of disruption, YRCI did not simply adapt; we built with purpose and precision. Our primary directive was to ensure our clients’ missions remained paramount. We pivoted in alignment with new priorities, demonstrating the agility and capability that have become hallmarks of our organization.

Here are a few of YRCI’s remarkable achievements from 2025:

  • YRCI expanded both the depth and breadth of our impact, strengthening trusted partnerships and extending our services across the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches; independent agencies; and nationally significant museums and memorials. Through growing demand for our human capital, acquisition, quality assurance, and executive advisory capabilities, we supported a diverse set of missions and institutions, each reinforcing YRCI’s role as a reliable, high-integrity partner in advancing effective government operations.
  • Our Human Resources Remote Operations Center (HRROC) worked diligently to provide clients with the tools and guidance necessary to navigate and comply with complex mandates, including the Office of Personnel Management (OPM)’s Merit Hiring Plan. We supported our clients with the implementation of the Merit Hiring Plan through proactive research, template development and recommendations to streamline their processes. When we processed their end-to-end staffing actions, we reduced their time-to-hire well below the 80-day target.
  • Answering the call for advanced automation, YRCI Digital now offers AI-powered chatbots and digital humans. These tools leverage YRCI’s extensive expertise and knowledge to provide scalable support for federal policy navigation, employee training, and hiring processes.
  • We fortified our leadership team by hiring and promoting visionary leaders who are actively redefining YRCI’s future.
  • In our commitment to workforce well-being, we hosted free HeartMath webinars, offering our employees and federal partners scientifically-proven methods for managing stress effectively.
  • We re-introduced two commercial service areas: Human Resources Services and Procurement and Acquisition Advisory Services, extending our proven methodologies to a broader market.
  • Through YRCI University (YRCI-U), our subject matter experts delivered high-impact webinars that equipped hiring managers with actionable insights on critical HR challenges. As executive orders reshaped federal operations, YRCI-U served as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between policy intent and daily execution.

2026 holds promise for YRCI. While I cannot yet reveal the full scope of our plans, I can assure you that our 26th year of business will be our most transformative yet. Our focus is on empowering our clients through the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and OPM’s Federal HR 2.0 plan, serving as the bridge between HR operations and transformative IT implementation to ensure seamless integration and support. We are committed to developing and releasing a new generation of tools and support systems designed to elevate our clients’ operations to the next level of efficiency and impact.

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. We look forward to achieving new heights together in 2026.

Sincerely,

Hans Jaeger

YRCI Chief Executive Officer
