We are masters at the utilization of HR information systems. We have developed our own automated platform, the Remote Operations Center Automation Platform (ROCAP) to support Case Management, Workflow Management, and complex automation of tasks. ROCAP can utilize robotic process automation (RPA) technology to interface with other HRIT systems in order to decrease processing time and reduce errors.
