YRCI Supports C Evans Consulting in Securing $77M Department of Commerce HR Support Services Contract

Reston, VA – October 29, 2026 – YRCI, a leader in federal human capital management solutions, announces its role as a subcontractor on a five-year, $77,000,000 single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) won by C Evans Consulting to provide Human Resources Support Services to the U.S. Department of Commerce. The contract, awarded under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (Award ID: 1331L526A13OS0022), was granted by the Office of the Secretary. 

YRCI will support C Evans Consulting in delivering comprehensive HR support services to the Department of Commerce, drawing on decades of experience in federal human capital management to help the agency address its workforce priorities.
