Reston, VA, March 15, 2024 – YRCI, a preeminent public sector professional services and management consulting firm, proudly announces the appointment of Michael Tomasulo as the new Senior Vice President of Corporate Compliance and Co-Chair of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Committee.

In this new role, Tomasulo will spearhead the development and implementation of YRCI’s Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Committee and the Internal Audit Program, ensuring the integrity and compliance of YRCI operations.
In a remarkable career spanning 48 years, Tomasulo has garnered extensive professional experience through his tenure at YRCI for 21 years, Northrop Grumman Corporation for 20 years, and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) for 7 years. His wealth of expertise uniquely positions him for success in his newly assumed role at YRCI. Most recently, Tomasulo served as YRCI’s Senior Vice President of Business Management overseeing contracts, sub-contracts, pricing, and accounting.
