YRCI has conducted 14,000+ Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) status reviews, along with accompanying classification services, demonstrating its dedication to comprehensive HR support. Since 2019, YRCI has supported the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in onboarding over 10,500 new hires. In fiscal year 2024 alone, YRCI helped NOAA reduce its hiring timeline by 49 days.
