YRCI supported FDIC in conducting a major RIF affecting nearly 900 employees. We provided efficient assistance in every aspect of the RIF, from developing RIF pack- ages to providing technical assistance using the Auto-RIF program. We currently perform classification and staffing services, in addition to payroll and personnel action processing.
