We designed and implemented a paperless staffing process to help a new Federal agency grow from 250 to 2,800 employees.

We developed custom online position description (PD) libraries to support agencies with position management activities.

We built the first commercially owned and operated Human Resources Remote Operations Center (HRROC™), which is a shared services center with the capabilities to serve the HR needs of many Federal clients. The HRROC™ comprises highly experienced Federal HR professionals who specialize in a variety of key HR functions.

Employee Development and Training

On-the-job training: Our on-the-job trainers have backgrounds in both federal HR and training services. They can provide one-on-one tutoring to the trainee while they perform their everyday tasks.
Brown bag seminars/lunches: Training provided during lunchtime can be both convenient and highly effective without taking away from time on the job.
Classroom-led training: We offer traditional classroom training supplemented by a variety of teaching aids, including custom presentations, interactive activities, job aids, and many other useful materials. We tailor our classroom training to be effective for the specific size and type of audience. YRCI also has the ability to host training at our facility in Fairfax, VA.
Remote-training: YRCI has provided our training remotely through a number of mediums, including video teleconference.
Combination training: The optimal solution may be to combine two, or several, of our training service offerings. For example, we conduct classroom-led training and then supplement the retention of that knowledge with reoccurring remote training or brown bag lunches.

Personnel Security

Review all investigative packages and manage the e-QIP process and system.
Prepare and work with OPM on Special Agreement Checks and Fingerprint Requests.
Review all request for higher investigations. Following OPM guidelines.
Prepare all AD 1187 requests for service for all reciprocity, Public Trust and National Security investigations.
Review all AD 1188 justification for clearance to ensure that they meet the guidelines for National Security.
Using CFR 5 731 and the OPM adjudicative guidelines, analyze all available, relevant information.
Sponsor and adjudicate employees in the GSA, EDS Assured Identity Portal for a Linc Pass issuance under the HSPD 12 guidelines.
Provide assistance to the Foreign Nationals Program.
Provide assistance and oversight to the Non-Employee Identity System (NEIS).
