YRCI supports USDA at the departmental and agency levels. We have staffed more than 3,000 positions, developed HR policies, provided employee and labor relations support, classified hundreds of positions (including SES), built several online PD libraries, performed many audits, provided retirement (including VERA/VSIP) counseling, and assisted with HR special projects.
