Rita Clinton is the Deputy Director for the Human Resources Remote Operations Center (HRROC). Rita joined YRCI in 2018 with responsibility of providing leadership in human capital management operational functions and day-to-day operational support for federal agencies. Prior to joining the YRCI, she was SES level HR Executive with over 33 years of federal service, 20+ years of federal HR policy and operations experience. Rita has a proven track record of being a visionary and inspirational leader. She has received many awards and accolades in recognition for exemplary performance. Throughout her career, Rita has inspired individuals to exceed their expectations while building cohesive teams dedicated to high achievement and customer service.
