- At GSA and OMB, Renee worked on both policy and implementation of the President’s Management Agenda (PMA) including the early versions of what is today known as Category Management and the Shared Services Initiatives.
- At OMB, Renee was the lead coordinator of OMB’s oversight of Networx and Alliant.
- Served as Liaison to OPM, and as a resource for the budget RMO on all things GSA, including the reorganization that created FAS.
