YRCI provides HR staff- ing support services to NOAA, via the YRCI HR Remote Operations Center HRROC) in Fairfax, Virginia. Since the contract launch in April 2016, YRCI Staffing Specialists have facilitated the staffing of 2000 professional, scientific, technical and administrative posit-ions, evaluating over 150,000 applications.
In a previous contract with NOAA, YRCI provided HR support services in multiple lo- cations across the country simultaneously, in- cluding administrative duties, staffing, classi- fication, employee relations, personnel action processing, and payroll administration. Work was performed at NOAA Workforce Manage- ment Offices in Boulder, CO; Kansas City, MO; and Silver Spring, MD.
