Greg Free joined YRCI in October 2005 and is responsible for providing direction, professional development, and leadership to the YRCI Security and Recruiting teams. With more than 15 years of operations experience, Greg brings significant insight into the Federal marketplace. This insight – coupled with a career path including leadership experience in proposals, recruiting, personnel security, human resources (HR), training, and facilities – allows Greg to craft unique approaches to an ever changing environment. Under his leadership, the PMO and Recruiting teams provide support to an employee and applicant base that is steadily growing and always changing. His focus on process improvement and employee development has kept YRCI one step ahead of its clients’ needs and its competitors’ abilities.
Prior to arriving at YRCI, Greg worked as a director at ManTech International providing direction to their Systems Engineering and Security Engineering groups during a 10 year period. His experience at ManTech during significant growth allowed him to be proactive in his approach to customer requirements.
